We love our B’s Preschool community of littles, families, and teachers! A community thrives when we work together towards the same goal and we love seeing that come to life when it comes to the amazing growth of the children. We have especially loved hearing stories of how the virtues we discuss at circle time and through out the day follow our children home. Over the last few months you may have been hearing the words (and meanings) of courage or honesty or compassion or respect! We are now focusing on a virtue that is all about our spectacular community…
We encourage you to ask your children about cooperation and why it is important. When giving them tasks to help around the house or while you are out they will begin to see how their ‘hard work’ is part of a bigger picture of your family working together. At school we are discovering a new way how fun it is to show cooperation when we work on a puzzle or build a house out of milk crates or even in creating a peaceful snack table! We’d love to hear your stories of cooperation and any of the other virtues!
